Hi everyone, my name is Gail and I am a widow living in W. Massachusetts with my son and my great cat -Miss Kitty! I am looking forward to being confirmed for the FL book, Vixen and try to wait patiently for my confirmation! I have been in on a few others and it's always fun to see what other people have to say about the same book you are reading to see other perspectives on the story!
Right now I am reading "The Lucky One" by Nicholas Sparks and it is keeping my interest and making it hard to put down!
Hopefully I will be confirmed soon! Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the list DSaff. There are a few here on my TBR list.
Loved, loved loved "The Monsters of Templeton" and "The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane" Can't wait for new titles from both authors.

You're welcome. I love looking back on the list to see what I have read and what I want to read again. I really enjoyed most of the books on the list. My favorites of the regular FL's are, "Physick Book," "The Sister," and "The House at Riverton." ![]()

Confirmed. ![]()
Dang! I wish I'd known about the FL back in 2007. I wanted to read Kate Morton's book, and would have loved discussing it!
I'm currently reading
and I'm listening my way through the Harry Dresden series. I'm about to start
Summer Knight (Dresden Files Series #4)
Because I've been looking forward to it, I'll add on release day
I appear to have a varied selection of genres. I really like YA, but the cozy mystery genre are perfect for reading before bed. Nothing too challenging or too complex about a cozy!

To TudorRose: I see your reading "The life of William Shakespeare"....
Is it a hard read? Do you like it?
I love shakespeare and go to the Washington Shakespeare Theatre every chance I get.
I may pick up my shakespeare if it is not too difficult to read

To Atreyu59:
The book is not too difficult to read, it is written to a genral audience and isn't too "scholarly". I am enjoying it, but I limit my reading to about 20 pages per day so I stay focused on the information. Sounds like something you would like with your background in The Bard. The book examines the polictical and societal motivations that work their way through the four plays that Shakespeare wrote in 1599; Henry V, Julius Ceaser, As You Like It, and Hamlet. It is very informative and presents the significance of Shakespeare's work in a way that you don't usually see. I would definately recommend it.

I am confirmed and looking forward to Vixen!
Currently I am reading:
Crescendo by Becca Fitzpatrick - although last night I gave in and read well past the alloted discussion section because I was physically unable to put it down!
Daughters of the Witching Hill by Mary Sharratt - for the Gen Fiction Oct Discussion
Soulless by Gail Carriger (I needed to check out this series since I'd heard good things. So far so good)
