Re: A New Forum: Chocolate

I still love the simple and old S'more. I do like my popcorn and fries to have a dash of chocolate as well every once in a while.

You know I always wanted to cover potato chips with chocolate.

Re: A New Forum: Chocolate

potato chips are great with chocolate, you need really thick chips though

Re: A New Forum: Chocolate

For chocolate lovers all over, you must pick up Jacques Torres' A Year in Chocolate. He is a master chocolatier with several shops in the United States, a couple of them in New York City. If you ever visit, I suggest the Wicked Hot Chocolate—it's everything you love about hot chocolate, but with a kick. The best part about the book is that the recipes allow you to create treats that taste exactly the way they do in the shops! In fact, my husband never requested me to bake sweets for him until he had Jacques Torres Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Be sure to check him out!
