How Many Cookbooks do You Own?

1. I have around 100 cookbooks.

2. I probably use 5 - 10 on a regular basis; these include Pastry Queen, Baked, Ghirardelli Chocolate Cookbook, Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen and PDQ (Pretty Darn Quick) Vegetarian Cookbook.

I also have a collection of four binders full of clipped recipes from magazines and printouts from Allrecipes.com and Recipezaar.com.

I've been collecting cookbooks for over 40 yrs.  I stopped counting a long time ago.  My favorite cookbook?  Since I have so many, I have to say that my favorite cookbook is the next one <GBG>.

Re: holiday cookbooks question.  I think that I have about 30 cookbooks dealing with holidays - full menus, baking - especially cookies!  It isn't Christmas without cookies!
