Hey can anyone recommend a really good Indian cookbook? I like one that has recipes and cooking methods from scratch. Thanks

Vij's is a great cookbook. It contains the recipes from the restaurant Vij's in Vancouver. The chef and owner is first generation Indian who takes classic Indian dishes and puts a modern twist on them. Vij's Family Curry is my favorite, so are the Lamb Lollipops.
