Our friends over at B&N Studio just posted the latest episode of Tagged!
I thought I'd share it with all of you here in the Food & Drinks board as this episode features a great interview with Curtis Stone, who talks about his new book, Relaxed Cooking.

Thanks, Jon. It's a really cute interview, and the book looks like a keeper. Immediately following the interview, there's also a tagged close up featuring The Flavor Bible, by Andrew Dornenberg & Karen Page -- looks like a really nice cookbook for those of us who like to throw things together, and are looking for flavor pairing ideas.
There's also a tagged close up at the end -- a top five list for prose food books, music to listen to while cooking and a "dinner and a movie idea". My favorite two book ideas were Spiced, and I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti.
Spiced looks like an insiders take on the trials of a pastry chef, and I Loved looks like a collection of true stories about soothing heartache with home cooking. Her ideas are probably better than a pint of super-premium ice cream...looks browse-worthy to me!
Are you enjoying these interviews? There are a few more food writers and cookbook authors featured...let me know if you like these, and I'll be happy to pluck out a few favorites.
