Fantastic collection; thank you for posting this list. I can vouch for his NY picks -- Gramercy, Katz's, The Little Owl. All good choices (though to say the best...well, that's just asking for an argument) ;-).
Question: Does this list make you want to travel, or eat? Myself, I'm feeling a real need to get to Mexico or Asia!

I like chinese and indian food. I am vegetarian and like to eat mostly indian food. Some best food i know in chinease is noodles i like it most.. its really cool to eat that.
