Stop by and visit mystery author Rosemary Harris, who will be joining us at the Mystery Book Club in April. Rosemary is a Master Gardener who I had the pleasure of meeting a few weeks ago. She is a Connecticut gardener, and she writes garden-related mysteries.
Rosemary was a guest author last year when Pushing Up Daisies, the first book in her Dirty Business mystery series came out. The second book in the series, The Big Dirt Nap, just came out. I enjoyed them both, and look forward to reading more books in this series!

You can see Rosemary's garden at her website:

And you can see some of her favorite gardening books here:

Rosemary has three blogs, which you can find here:

Her new book, The Big Dirt Nap, is a mystery centered around the Titan arum (Amorphophallus titanum), also known as the corpse flower.

Hi there TiggerBear -
I hope you found it! I'm delighted that The Big Dirt Nap had been in every B&N that I've visited..and i've visited a lot in the last two months.
I loved the idea of being able to be in the garden during the winter time (in my books anyway) and hopefully will wrap up book three before it starts to warm up in CT.
If you ever get a chance to see a corpse flower bloom, I highly recommend it. It's an extrardinary sight. There's something almost prehistoric about the way it looks.
Learn more about Pushing Up Daisies.

I've seen it, smelt it too. The local botanical garden had one when I was little. Ever seen a christ in the manger flower bloom? A very pretty, rare, and short lived occurance.

I don't think I've seen that one. I have seen a century plant bloom, and that was pretty cool!
