2 different accounts, cant get books on Nook

Until recently I didn't realize that I had 2 B&N accounts.  One that I have had for a while to purchase books to have shipped and one that my Nook is assigned to.  Today I accidentally bought 2 books on the account my Nook is not assgined to.  I used the chat help option and was basically told that I am SOL. They said they can not transfer books from different accounts (even though I can prove I own them both) and they won't let me return them so I can purchase them again from the correct account.  Does anyone on here know if I have any other options?  Thanks for your help.

I might try downloading them to your PC and then sideloading them.

Ashley you can ask support to combine your accounts. Get rid of the email account that does not have ebooks on it. Tell them you were told that this has been done before if they give you a hard time. You can ask for a supervisor too. I have done this for my customers in the store.
