Hey there, I have a problem I can't seem to find the answer to. I'm trying to work it out with customer service via email... But that is slow and so far, ineffective.
A mistake or otherwise moment of poor judgment led me to "purchasing" a free eBook that I really didn't want that bad... In fact, I really didn't want it at all and only got it because it was free and I was playing with my new nook.
Long story short, I have deleted the book from my library, but the fact that I "purchased" it means I am still getting recommendations for similar books every time I go to B&N.com. This is incredibly annoying. Is there anyway I can clear this one book (or all books, I don't care) out of my purchase history?
I know this is a B&N.com account issue and not a nook problem.
