Hi,
I am publishing books at PubIt! and decided to download samples of my published books using NOOK for PC to check if everything is working though the books are looking good when previewed after being uploaded.
Now my problem is, upon checking the downloaded samples of my books I found out that many of the downloaded sample of my books can't be viewed; and I'm wondering what is the main reason why they can't be viewed and I fear that it may affect the sales of the books.
I hope anyone could help me out on this and enlighten of the problem so that I could check all of my published books if the problem is within the book itself and could prevent from facing the same errors on the future books.
