I have recently started a book club and everything is well. But How do I make sure that everybody gets a chance to talk. I know people who have stronger personalites tend to take over the conversation. Any ideas?

I've never been involved in a "in person" book club before, so not quite sure. Maybe having turns that are set to a certain amount of time might help? Maybe having a set of questions set in advance and calling on different people to answer those questios might help as well. Not sure either suggestion would work, but I hope everything goes ok for you.
