Change payment method after ordering a book (becasue original payment was declined)

Okay, I tried pre-ordering a book today, but I thought I put an eBooks gift card on (but I didn't) and the credit card I had on file is no linger in use, I got a new one. So the payment was declined and since I added the gift card and the credit card, so how do I either a) cancel the order and try agin with the correct information or b) change the payment for this order. It was purchased on my nook color, when I click on the book that was downloaded, I click on pre-order and confirm, but it says I already bought it even though the payment was declined. So how do I fix this? Thanks!!!!!

I believe in this case you have to call Customer Support for assistance. 

 

Also, as an FYI, you'll get much faster response to Nook questions if you ask them on the Nook forums.  This particular board doesn't normally get a lot of traffic.
