I am not sure what kind of books you enjoy. I am usually all over the board. I loved "The Thirteenth Tale". Currently I read"The forgotten Garden"

Usually young adults books are worth reading and especially try the B&N Recommends series of books. Most of those have been wonderful, interesting reads. Hope this helps.

I just finished Rat Bastard by Yvonne Hundshamer and Bethany Ludka. Cute story, a little mystery, a little romance. Quick read - every one in our book club was able to read AND finish it in time for book club.

I've been re-reading post-apocalyptic and evil government books. Two different "genres" but I for some reason group them together in my mind. 1984, The Road, I Am Legend, A Brave New World, Ayn Rand's Anthem. And then watch Equilibrium and you're good to go.
