I received a $50 gift card and added it to my account using my NC with no problem; however I purchased one ebook for $12.99 which should have left a balance of $37.01. Instead, my balance shows as $24.02 - which is the balance if you deduct $12.99 twice from $50.00, so it appears the single purchase has been double charged. My order history and email confirmation indicate the single purchase of the ebook for $12.99 so I am confused. Any ideas???

You can check your purchases online under My Account --> Orders. Otherwise, you'll have to call customer support on tuesday and have them look into it. You don't need Nook technical support, you need one of the other options, like the auditing department or something.
