On January 7, 2012 I rated the Book 'World of Folly' by KPB Stevens and wrote a narrative review. Neither the rating or the review are showing up for the book on the B&N website.
When I go into My B&N, it shows that I rated the book, but does not show my review. My pen name is 2Bike.
I would like to know why my rating and review are not being posted. And, I would like to have access to the text of my narrative review as I would like to have a copy of it.
I have emailed and called customer service, but they told me that I need assistance from the IT department and/or the mediator. I am hoping that this is a way I can contact the mediator. Please help. Thank you.
