Hurrah for Moby! Hurrah for Bob! Hurrah for Starbuck! Pass the blubber.

I notice that Moby Dick is top of the Classic Literature Clubs post poll with 1776 posts, with all of the British Classics together only polling 1626 and all of the American classics together only polling 1412!! IMO this not only because it is a wonderful whale of a book but because Bob has steered us through the voyage of it so skillfully. Well Done Cap'n!

Unlike Ishmael, we not only survived the journey but came back with more friends than when we left. You all gave a deeply affectionate reading of an author and book that most have thought inhumanly difficult. Congratulations to you! The posts show that people wanted to join you.
