Bentley - Thanks, I was confusing this Webb with the one in the Reagan administration who, I believe, has emerged as a candidate to replace Senator Warner from Virginia.

Jim, I was doing the same thing until I did the research. I thought it was the same one as the Virginia Webb; but not the case. This is the only way that I can keep all of these folks straight.
