If the Hallows came to the movies who would you cast?

Hey Hallows lovers, I was wondering what actors you would like to see play what characters in the Hallows. Kim and I already started talking about this subject in another thread but thought it we should make it a new one. I suggested Joaquin Phoenix for Kisten and Kim said maybe Johnny Depp.

I never thought of him, but I like Johnny Depp for Al.I can see Al flouncing when he's sure he's going to get his way and then turning all evil.

I thought of Stephen Dorff (Decon Frost from Blade)for Kisten. He has that badboy "And I should care what you think why?" thing going on.

Skimmer - A.J. Cook

Ivy- First one that comes to mind is T.V. Carpio

I haven't found a good Rachel because all I can think of is a young Famke Janssen-ish person.

Hey tigerliliy,
I'm glad to see I'm not the only nocturnal being out there =) Yeah I'm having trouble thinking of anyone to play Rachel, no one seems to fit the bill. I agree that a famke like actor would be good although I just thought of the girl from the underworld movie.

Hollows is crying out for a gifted TV producer to buy the rights... what a series it would make.

Also as I used to be a Video Editor and I'm now a struggling writer I think I would probably sell both my grandfathers and ten years of my life to big Al to be involved in some way

Anyway back to the question casting... Here are my thoughts.


Piscary - has just GOT to be Patrick Stewart. (Star Trek TNG)

Ivy - could easily be played by Mira Furlan (B5)

Rachel - I see Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek Voyager) or failing her Patricia Tallman (B5)

Kist - that's more difficult... maybe from B5 again I could call Bruce Boxleitner

Trent - would be Robert Picardo (voyager)

Ceri - could be Jeri Ryan (voyager) yes I know she usually plays hard... but she can do soft and sexy too and ceri is one hell of a tough little cookie underneath it all.

Jenks - has got me rather stumped - I have a very strong image of him but no one I can think of quite fits...

I've said in the past that I think Rachel would be played well by Mandy Bruno. She plays Detective Marina Cooper on Guiding Light.

I work the night shift so I more or less keep the same hours as the Inderlanders Never really noticed it until a friend who also reads pointed it out to me along with the fact I live next to a church and there are dragonfiles in my yard. The moment I see one that talks back, I'm moving =0)

Awe Mandy Bruno! I never thought about that, but MB is a great actress. I would love to see her on the big screen. (since her storyline son GL lack terribly!)

I wouldn't mind seeing David Bowie have a part in it. He's amazing and he just captures me. I've loved him since I was three! lol

Other than that, it's so hard. I can't think of anyone who I would want to see play Ivy, people have said angelina jolie but I don't think I could stand her in the roll. She's too much for me, and annoying. lol

I could see Jenks played by Matt Damon lol
