Re: Pencils down! Voting is over!

Yay!!!  The more, the merrier!

BTW, I hope Melissa won't mind if I mention that I am going to try to get a discussion of Poe short stories going in March over on Classics.

I'm bumping this up because there is a new user over on Classics who is thinking of reading Gone with the Wind for August, and since it was on the nomination list here, I thought that if anybody was interested in reading it, they could reply to her.

Also, we have been reading Shirley Jackson's short story collection The Lottery and Other Stories; I was sick with a cold most of June and so wasn't on the ball with posting threads, so we are continuing through July.

Also, I completely forgot about South Riding!  I saw the miniseries in bits and pieces, so didn't follow it all that well, but enjoyed what I saw.  I think I just let my B&N membership lapse (needed to update card info and forgot and missed the deadline); I will probably try to get it started again; that free shipping is convenient when I want just one or two items.
