I use to read these 2 books over and over constantly but moving a bunch of times has made me lose quite a bit of things including these books
The first book was historical romance novel about a surly young duke with gray hair (I think) and a beautiful witch who couldn't do magic properly. They met by her getting a spell wrong and popping out of nowhere, landing on top of him. They married, she got sick, from both of them being stuck in a blizzard and she went a little crazy, taking off all her clothes and running in the snow, on the honeymoon and kept sneezing, making rose petals (I think) appear out of the air. She accidentally made a statue of Pan come to life. She hugged trees. The duke had a mentally challenged brother that was hidden away, without his knowledge, when he was young that looked just like him. Her grandmother separated them when she thought the duke wasn't treating her right and could never love her like she deserved. That's all I can remember about that book now.
The 2nd book, sadly I remember even less but here goes. A woman is transported back in time to find that she was in the middle of (or just finished, can't remember ) being in labor (she wasn't pregnant in her own time). The baby was quiet and everyone thought it dead, but she performed CPR and brought it back to life. She seems to have taken over another woman's place because they all think she's this man's wife. The best friend (of the original woman who seems to have died and the modern woman took over..?) trys to have sex with the main male character (the husband) because she can't seem to have kids with her husband and the main female character helps teach her how to chart her cycle so she has better chance of getting pregnant.
That's all I can recall, hopefully you might know one of these stories or both and can tell me the name and author so I can get these books again. Thank you.

The time travel book sounds a little bit like A Wish in Time by Laurel Bradley.
