I'm an author, and I have the same question much of the time. It's the reason I started writing 25 years ago--I was having trouble finding the type of books i wanted to read, so I decided i would expand my writing interests into full-length novels. Now i write in both fiction and nonfiction genres, and I believe I have some lesbian books worth reading, if reviews are any indication.
