I have been going crazy trying to remember this book title I read about 14-15 years ago. If I remember correctly, it was about a little girl who lived with her mom and then one day began playing with her (imaginary) friend Maggie who I believe may have been an angel?? I think it went on for quite a while. Then sometime later the mom meets someone and they get pregnant and the day the baby was born Maggie disappears and the little girl thinks the baby looks like Maggie, so that is what they name her. I think this is kind of how it went?? It's been driving me crazy for days. Thanks for any help I can get!!
