I am trying to locate a book I read in 1988. All I can remember is that it was about a group on expats living in Hong Kong. The story was set either before or after World War 2. I think it followed one woman or family in particular but also introduced other characters along the way. I would be thrilled if someone recognized this book and could provide me with the title! I seem to think it had paradise in the title but I maybe wrong!
