Lost Book: Halloween Kids Book

I'm looking for a book I read as a kid.  It's about a young witch who falls off her broom on Halloween night.  She's found by a family and since she can't get back to her home until next Halloween she stays with them.  She gets upset when the Mom tries to comb her hair because witches' snarls are magic.  She doesn't eat regular food so the Dad tells her the turkey is something else (I forget what).  When the next Halloween rolls around she decides to stay with the family rather than returning with the other witches.  I can't remember the title and it's been driving me crazy for years!  Can anyone help?  Thanks!

"The Little Leftover Witch" by Florence Laughlin

"A little lost witch undergoes a magical transformation when she’s loved by a human family in this heartwarming story.

When Felina, a little witch, breaks her broom on Halloween and can’t fly home, she is stuck with the Doon family and their black cat, Itchabody, for an entire year. Although she’s homesick and unhappy, the Doon parents and their daughter, Lucinda, do their best to make Felina feel welcome. (And she has no trouble with Itchabody at all!) As time passes, the mischievous Felina learns what it means to be part of a family—and how, with love, she will always belong."
