I just purchased 2 books now I can't find them to download to my nook. Nor can I find the book I downloaded earlier this morning although it is in my nook to read. What is going on? Is there any help? Arghh this is driving me nuts.

Go into your library and hit check for new content from barnes and noble. It'll take a minute but it will update your library.

Call Customer Service at 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665), option 2 for Digital Support. They can check out your purchases and your account, which we can't.
