First of all I'm knew to the club-Hello! I've been slowly getting back into reading and it was ironic because out of the blue a few days ago I remembered the plot of a book and what the cover looked like, but I can't recall the author or title of the book. I read it in eighth grade (7 years ago) and it was a teen fictional murder mystery. The cover was diagonal with one side pink and the other side green. It was about this girl who went with her mom for the weekend to this fancy hotel for this convention. Her mom was a famous author and during their stay, someone gets murdered. Along the way the girl gets a relationship going with a guy there and also helps her mom pick up clues and the mystery gets solved at the end.
