There was the book that i read some time ago about a woman who was very successful (lawyer or realtor) but she had some trouble with love... she was engaged but to a stiff uptight no fun kind of guy. She meets her neighbor a very handsome some what womanizing successful man. he hits on her to her dislike and they always avoid each other only making assumptions about each other. until one day there is a power outage in the building and they must work together to get back up to their apartments by climbing the stairs. but one they get there she realizes that she locked her keys in her apartment so she must go into his apartment and call the front desk. while there she starts to realize that she may have been wrong about him. after that they start running together and become best friends. to the dismay of their other friends who think they should be together. i believe his name was miles....
