Romance Novel about woman who falls in love with kidnapper after plane crash [ Edited ]

I read this book a while back but cannot remember the title or author of the book. I think the title has to do with a flower. Anyways it is about a woman on vacation alone in Mexico when she is kidnapped from her car by a man. I am not sure of the middle part, but they end up in a plane that crashes into some mountains and they are stuck there for a long time. They live in a cave in the mountain and over the time they fall in love. When they are rescued she tries to go back to her old fiance but she can't stop thinking about her kidnapper so she quits her boring job and moves to Mexico to find him.

If you have any idea what this book is called please let me know it is driving me crazy.
