Looking for a Sci-Fi short story: Earth colony arrives on already inhabited planet. They work out a deal with the natives and set up their colony. But the colonists unknowingly mess up the ecosystem, by getting rid of one plant/animal it sets up a disastrous chain of events. They ask help of the natives, but each cure is worse than the last. In the end the colonists who are left are hunkered down desperately waiting for the next group of colonists from Earth to arrive to rescue them.
