whats the name of this book

this girl who is a writter goes to a resteraunt to write about them and ends ups dating the cheif her brother gets a job there too and ends up falling in love with this gay dude meanwhile the girl finds stuff out about everyone who works in the kitchen and writes about it not good stuff and the more she falls for the cheif and gets to know everybody she doesnt want to give her boss what she has written on them but by accident the boss does get it now everyone hates her even the guy she loves and her brother.
