Welcome back, Bentley, and thanks for the continued annotations.
I have been around; but busy. I have started rereading the book so anything that I have missed I have been posting from my notes. No wonder it took the author so long to write this book....he has crammed every last author, philosopher, myth (Greek or otherwise) into the book somehow. Interesting; but you just can't skim over the top and get at where he is coming from. For example, I think Jesse has a point about the minotaur myth (and that is just one of many connections).
It has been useful for me; so I might as well pass on the urls from my notes.
Take care,
Bentley
