Since 1997, you’ve been coming to BarnesandNoble.com to discuss everything from Stephen King to writing to Harry Potter. You’ve made our site more than a place to discover your next book: you’ve made it a community. But like all things internet, BN.com is growing and changing. We've said goodbye to our community message boards—but that doesn’t mean we won’t still be a place for adventurous readers to connect and discover.

Now, you can explore the most exciting new titles (and remember the classics) at the Barnes & Noble Book Blog. Check out conversations with authors like Jeff VanderMeer and Gary Shteyngart at the B&N Review, and browse write-ups of the best in literary fiction. Come to our Facebook page to weigh in on what it means to be a book nerd. Browse digital deals on the NOOK blog, tweet about books with us,or self-publish your latest novella with NOOK Press. And for those of you looking for support for your NOOK, the NOOK Support Forums will still be here.

We will continue to provide you with books that make you turn pages well past midnight, discover new worlds, and reunite with old friends. And we hope that you’ll continue to tell us how you’re doing, what you’re reading, and what books mean to you.

Susan - Jenny based MAYBE NEXT TIME on the Henry James classic, TURN OF THE SCREW. It's a mystery and a ghost story AND a romance. Something for everyone!

Okay, you've got my interest. A mystery and a ghost story, right up my alley.

Re: Stay safe!

Thanks for the invite, Suze. But even if it wobbles a bit west, I'll be okay. It's Tigger I worried about.

Yeah got the Doc to cut the stitches out, all the pain is now gone. Still a tad tight in my jaw, but no more pain, so good.

Re: West Key Skate

TiggerBear, Glad to hear that everything went well at the doctor's. I bet that you are glad that it is over with and that everything went well.

I will be back on the island tonight after work. Callie and I will be coming.

It is hot here in Somerset, In the eighties and nineties. Not too humid but warn enough for me.

I am also most done with my stitching project. I will be so glad when I get it done.

I so want to stitch on something different. I have several projects to finish and many I want to start.

Talk to you soon.

Good news, Tigger. When's our first scuba lesson? And skate lesson, too?

They are evacuating Ocracoke Island today as it is a barrier island. I don't think I'd want to be there either.
