Re: Please Welcome Author KAY HOOPER!

I know we have a lot of silent "lurkers" ;-) here - do you any of you have questions for Kay? Don't be shy! If you have trouble signing in, let me know! (Send me a message on Facebook.)

Thanks!

Kay - What do you do when you Really Should Be Writing?

Just about everything, Becke.  :catwink:  Many writers are like me, and procrastinate even as deadlines loom.  However, personally, I feel my subconscious is always working, and that when it's ready to give up its secrets, that's when I feel driven to sit down and write.  I don't always wait for that signal, mind you, and as a result sometimes write for the sake of writing, later going back and heavily rewriting.  But when I'm working, I do try to write something every day.

I am so happy you are pulling some of the early characters into recent novels.  It would be very good to hear more about the Delaneys.

Kay - Do all your books take roughly the same amount of time to write, or have some given you more trouble than others?

Also, do you have a favorite of your own books?

Kay_HooperNC, I have read many of your books and I love them. I am going to read more of your books.
