The identity of Jack The Ripper is a real life mystery. He was a serial killer and mutilator of women, who terrorized 1888 London by his repeated murders, mutilations and communications to the authorities. Despite intensive efforts by the police and vigilante groups, and the fact that his victims were all prostitutes in or close to the London Whitechapel District, no one was ever able to get even a glimpse of him. No one was ever charged with the crimes.
Based on my historical research, I wrote a book about what could happen if Sherlock Holmes were asked to investigate the Ripper murders. The book is accurate historically to both the Ripper related events, and the characters of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor John Watson, created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It contains illustrations, including the Royal family member accused of being Jack The Ripper, displayed here.
I would like to receive feedback on this book. Your comments, suggestions and criticisms are invited.
Was this man Jack The Ripper?

The ebook is titled Jack The Ripper versus Sherlock Holmes, by Phillip Duke Ph.D. It is available from Barnes and Noble and Amazon.com at the same price, $4.99. Due to the request for information, I am also posting the cover, based on an authentic crime scene photograph of a Ripper victim.
