Re: What are you reading right now?

Y'all have probably forgotten that I exist (can't say as I blame you!)  Read a really fun and zany mystery last month:

No One to Trust.  I can't get the product thingie to find it.  Do not tell me it is only on Amazon.  It's out by Carina Press so I think her books are everywhere.  Dang it.   It was a cozy mystery after my own heart (the heroine is a hopeless geek.)  :smileyembarrassed:)

You have to select ebooks on the add product screen.

Re: What are you reading right now?

Thanks for finding it!  I couldn't get it to come up with author name or the title (and putting both in at once really made it mad...)

Thank you!

(BTW, that is the second in the series.  I didn't know that when I read it.  You might want to start at the pre-quel novella and so on.)

Ryan: That book looks really interesting. I see it doesn't come out until July 24th. I'm definitely going to have to get that one. Thanks for the heads up! Love those gothic mysteries!

Re: What are you reading right now?

I started it last night and while I'm tring to get used to the narrative sytle, the narrator switches between past, present, and future with the same paragraph, I'm enjoying it so far.

Re: What are you reading right now?

I'm about half way through now and I think it was just those few pages that was happening with.  I haven't had it be an issue since.  I will say this wasn't what I thought it was going to be, but there is a strange beauty about it so far.

The Balloon Man

I finished The Balloon Man, and am back to reading A Game of Thrones.  Once I finish that, it will be on to Ellery Queen!  (Finding the right book can be confusing, as another Charlotte - Charlotte Macleod, also wrote a novel with the same title!)

ooh, that sounds exciting, deb. I did read the first book by Harkness. I'll be interested in reading your interview with her!

In the meantime, I just finished reading

I've read it already, too. It's REALLY fast-paced - I couldn't put it down!
