Overdue by K.G. McAbee
Rian, accompanied by his wolf-friend Saz, is on a mission. To fulfill their task, the two of them must infiltrate the most magical, the most dangerous, the most fearful fort in existence, home of the maddest and baddest magician around.
Will an invisibility spell be sufficient to protect them from sentient statues, giant bees and the aforementioned wizard? Probably not. But hey, it’s all in a day’s work, right? Death before dishonor! Though dishonor is looking pretty darned attractive right about now.
A short work of fantasy from our Orbits line.

Hamburg 1947: A Place For The Heart to Kip $1.99
Twenty-two years old and ready for peace, Harry Leslie Smith has survived the Great Depression and endured the Second World War. Now, in 1945 in Hamburg, Germany, he must come to terms with a nation physically and emotionally devastated. In this memoir, he narrates a story of people searching to belong and survive in a world that was almost destroyed.
Hamburg 1947 recounts Smith’s youthful RAF days as part of the occupational forces in post-war Germany. A wireless operator during the war, he doesn’t want to return to Britain and join a queue of unemployed former servicemen; he reenlists for long term duty in occupied Germany. From his billet in Hamburg, a city razed to the ground by remorseless aerial bombardment, he witnesses a people and era on the brink of annihilation. This narrative presents a street-level view of a city reduced to rubble populated with refugees, black marketers, and cynical soldiers.
At times grim and other times amusing, Smith writes a memoir relaying the social history about this time and place, providing a unique look at post-WWII Germany. Hamburg 1947 is both a love story for a city and a passionate retailing of a love affair with a young German woman.

I've written a cozy mystery series (Executive Lunch ), a stand alone (Catch an Honest Thief ) and my latest is an Urban Fantasy series.
The first in the series has been out a year:
Under Witch Moon Adriel should have known that with a werewolf, it never stopped with just one body. She would have gone to the police after witnessing Dolores' death, but she wasn't certain the killer she saw was responsible for the other murders. Besides, the police didn't believe in werewolves, and they weren't going to believe she was a witch either so what could she tell them?
She kept her eyes and ears open while she tried to help her latest client escape the clutches of a voodoo witch, but things went from bad to worse when more bodies turned up. She was greatly relieved when she met White Feather, an undercover cop. Unfortunately, he wasn't convinced she was innocent of all wrong-doing.
It was going to take every spell she knew and a few she hadn't tried to solve the murders and stay alive.
And just this week, the sequel was released!
You can always find me at my blog: www.BearMountainBooks.com if you have any questions or just want to hang out and talk books, gardening, mysteries, food, chocolate...cats and whatever else comes to mind!
