Delete book?

Is there even any good reason for this option to exist? If not, I think B&N should get rid of it to avoid people accidentally deleting books permanently rather than archiving.

Re: Delete book?

Why archive something you don't want?

I have downloaded samples and found that it wasn't what I wanted.  Why take up space on the servers?

Re: Delete book?

In addition to samples, there are all the free books.

You may decide half way in that it's not your thing, or simply that after reading it once you don't want to read it again.

I don't delete much, but occasionally I do delete something.  As others have said, samples, free books I really didn't like and sometimes paid books I really didn't like.  They warning message on the website is pretty specific that if you delete it you can't get it back.   I also have, on occasion, sideloaded a B&N to an SD card for various reasons and then deleted it from my library.
