Samhain titles tend to be spicy, and are about the only free promotional titles available to Canadians. Galaxy publishes L. Ron Hubbard's books.

I don't normally announce Smashwords freebies because there are a couple thousand of them. But Nicholas Antinozzi has done some good work, and what's probably his most popular novel is now free (it hasn't been free in the past). I don't know if this is a permanent price change or temporary, but if the book sounds interesting, I suggest you grab it:
