I'm stumped - I'm on the Groupon site right now and it says today's deal is $125 for a One-Night Stay in a Deluxe Suite at the Seneca Hotel.  None of the side deals are for BN either.

Is it at www.groupon.com/chicago or one of the surrounding cities?

Just to let you guys know, the Groupon site is experiencing very heavy volume right now so it will probably take a few days to process the order.  I got a similar deal on an Amazon giftcard last month from LivingSocial and it took 2 days before I actually got my gift code.

If someone buys this and uses their code before the deal expires, please let us know how it works.  On the page with the rules for all deals, it says that Groupons must be used in one visit.  Since ebooks are billed individually and automatically, I wonder how that works?  Does it give you a gift card code and security key so that you can put the $20 gift card on your account?  And after you bill an ebook to it once, is it then no longer valid?

I presume that these terms override the universal terms.  http://www.groupon.com/pages/barnes-and-noble-terms

They state that: 

• Except as prohibited by applicable law, on April 10, 2011, any funds remaining on the BN Groupon shall be reduced by $10.00. For example, if you use your BN Groupon to make a $6.00 purchase sometime in March (meaning your BN Groupon would have a remaining balance of $14.00) but do not use it again thereafter, on April 10, your BN Groupon will be reduced to $4.00 (because $14.00 minus $10.00 is $4.00).

And

• BN Groupons may be used to purchase single issues of eNewspapers and eMagazines; however, they cannot be used for subscriptions to eNewspapers or eMagazines.

Clearly B&N knows that the Groupon won't all be used up.  I think that the "one use" terms more deal with spas, salons, restaurants...

I got my purchase confirmed email with the printing link but the website is too busy to sign in right now. I cannot state enough how much I love free books though, especially when I get to pick them out myself...YAY!!! I even think this is worthy of extra exclamation points!!!

Groupon is a web business that sells all kinds of discounts in metro areas around the country.  They recently turned down a buyout offer from Google worth over $2B. 

Google them and see whether they have deals where you live.
