How to read downloaded books

Hi ;

    I am new to this . I purchased and downloaded an ebook .I downloaded the free ereader for pc .

    I figured out how to read the book online but what i want to know is how to read it if I do not have an internet connection . I need to be ale to read it where I do no have internet .

    If this is not possible then why does it download the book to my pc ?

You do not need to be online to read an eBook downloaded to your PC from B&N.

Hover over the book in Nook for PC, it should show a menu box and it should say either read now, or download.  If it says read now, the book is on your PC and you don't need internet access to read it.  If is says download, click that so the book downloads and then again, you don't need internet access to read it.  In fact, I'm not sure how you read it online.

thanks . I thought it was just accessing it online
