Does anyone have this book that they would be willing to lend? Please PM me if so. I would so love to read it! Thank you!

That book is published by Random House, I doubt it lendable. I also looked at the page, I don't see anything to indicate the book is part of the lendme program.
B&N says it is lendable. I checked.

I only asked because I already checked to see if it is lendable. B&N says it is or I would not have asked.

already saw another book in the series in my list of lendable books by my Nook Friends. I only see the "lend Me' symbol and spiel on pages where it is a lendable book. I do not see it on pages of books that are not lendable. It IS on the page for this nookbook.

My Nook library is showing the first two books as lendable, but not the last 2.
Something may be going on with the lendable status, as I could swear they were all bannered as lendable previously and I have not lent them to anyone.

A search shows that there are 29 lendable e-books from Random House, all of them from Random House Children's Books. Three of those titles are the first three books in the Inheritance Cycle series.

So the question is whether this is a mistake in B&N's records, or if these e-books are truly lendable. Picking the title in question, Eldest, a snoop over at Amazon shows that it's marked as lendable there.
My guess, then, is that it's supposed to be lendable.

thanks doug. I was hoping I hadn't lost my mind but these days, it's hard to tell. ![]()
I have been putting off reading the second book in the series forever because of the price. I keep waiting for it to go down some more as it's still above my price limit. My library has the first one and the third one..ACK!!! I'm hoping someone has the second to lend.
