I have been trying to load a new purchase but all I get is the "File not Supported" when I try to open my book. It appears in the iibrary and I have archived and unarchived, turned on and off, numerous times with no luck. I have successfully loaded over 80 books now and this is the first time I have seen this.

I'm back after called Tech support - I actually had to archive the book from the Nook and then unarchive and it suddenly appeared! I had been archiving it and unarchiving it from my PC.
