How to shut down auto-sync in Nook for Android?

Hi all,

I do not have Internet access at my house, so unless I tether my cell phone to my device, I'm forever having issues where it seems to sync, I more than a couple of times I've received error messages that there were errors in synching the library.

Once I get to the library I have no problems, and things sync just fine.

Is there a way to turn off the auto-synching, and then I manually start it when I want to?

If you disable WiFi on your device it should not attempt to sync.

So if I had it on at the library and forgot to turn it on, it would immediately try and sync when I turned it on again? That might explain the issue.

I'll try and remember to keep the wifi off.

Only issue I have is that sometimes I'm using it on my local network to access the mcroSD card.
