Moving multiple sideloaded books?

I have several hundred books that I've downloaded and have used Calibre to side-load them to my NC without incident. I would now like to start using the Nook for PC program to read some of these books on my laptop using Nook for PC. Under Nook for PC I see where I can go to "My Stuff" and load each book individually by selecting the individual filename. Since I have several hundred books, needless to say this can be an exercise in patience. Is there any way to load multiple epub books into Nook for PC? Thank you in advance for your advice.

Re: Moving multiple sideloaded books?

Is the app making a copy of the file in a new folder on your PC?  If so, have you tried just adding the files directly to that folder in bulk?

I'm guessing here, since no one else has replied...

Yes. I've tried that. Apparently Nook for PC is doing some indexing as things are added.
