NOOK for PC crashes

Tried again today. Nook offered an upgrade. Following the upgrade, I was able to log in and view books!

Verifying that version 2.5.3.4630 works for me under Windows 7 Enterprise x64.

Where did you find that? The download I get is still 2.5.2.458

Aha! I opened it and it offered me the newest version. I installed and it finally works! Thanks for the heads up, and thanks BN for fixing!

Hi,

How did you find the file update? I have been looking for it for an hour.  My PC and laptop NOOK program crashes ever ytime that I try to open a book.  After speaking with a tech last night, we uninstalled and reinstalled the program to no avail except that I no longer had an error code ... yet not a single book will open and it crashes.
