The program was working great until about a couple weeks ago. I'm using it on a Windows 7 32bit pc. When I open the program it gets stuck on the loading library screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times with no change. I've verified the clock settings, ensured the anti virus and firewall are configured to allow Nook Study full access, I've even turned the anti virus and firewall off. Ive deleted the .db files. I've sent the log files to BN Digital Management twice and spoke with their Level 2 support twice with no resolution at all. I noticed last night while messing with it myself again that if I sign out of my account and sign back into Nook Study under a differant account the program works great. I did inform Barnes and Noble of this too. Hope someone can help I start school on the 15th and was counting on using Study. I travel a lot so it would be nice to not have to take the books with me.
