Nook and Blackberry Playbook?

I believe BN is the only long term alternative to Amazon.  I don't want to use Amazon because they are doing things I believe are unfair to traditional stores, such as BN.  However, every time I purchase a book using Kobo on my playbook, I wish I could be supporting BN.  I an not going to give up my playbook and would love it if you would please realease an application for it.  Thank you.

You couldn't get a Playbook app fast enough.  I'd probably be reading Nookbooks on my Playbook right now if the app was available.

I am totally for a Nook app for Playbook, I have always been lured by the Amazon Kindle but haven't gone over because I really love the Barnes and Noble stores in my area. I am so eager for the Nook app on my Playbook I have been delaying buying any ebooks until I can get them on mine via Nook. I just hope it's soon, the $114 price tag on the Kindle is starting to break my resolve.

Cannot BEGIN to tell you just how bad I want to see a Nook application for the PlayBook. It needs one bad! The Kobo app is total...well, crap!

I would love to see a Nook app for Playbook ! It would be a perfect app for this tablet (which truly is a boss gadget)

My Nook will always be my preferred device for reading, but I'd also love to see an app for the PB.  C'mon B&N, make it easier for customers to buy more books from you by developing this.

Add my voice to those wishing a native Nook app on the Playbook.  Like my Blackberry, my Playbook is never far from my side. Unfortunately, my Nook does not always get to come along.  Nook is my preferred e-reader platform, and it would be fantastic to be able to access my books via the larger screen of the Playbook rather than the tiny screen of my Blackberry!

Count me in as another person who would like the Nook app for my Playbook!  I buy a ton of ebooks and up until now have given all of my business to B&N but it's looking like I'll be making the switch to Kobo very soon.  I already have to carry around my BlackBerry and my PlayBook - not going to carry a Nook around too...

I have nook software on my laptop and desktop as well as a nook reader.  Recently I purchased a Blackberry Playbook from RIM and was disappointed to find that nook software wasn't available for the unit yet.  I'd like to recommend that it be considered since I carry it regularly with me for work.

I have called and e-mailed and called and e-mailed again. The last e-mail I received said that B&N was not going to tell me whether they were or were not going to make an app for the Playbook. It is propietary information. I think its BS. I wish someone would give us answer. IF there is no app by my vacation it looks like I am going to use KOBO and stick with it.

I have the 32gig Playbook.. Lots of room for Nook Books!! Oh wait, they don't have a Nook app yet..?  Well, better get cracking and get the Nook app for the Blackberry Playbook!!

The last info I got from B&N stated they were not currently developing a Nook app for the playbook.  What a shame! 

If one isn't developed soon, many loyal Nook people will start switching to Kobo, and B&N is going to loose business.You can actually read the Kobo books on the Nook, so all of us avid readers can still use our Nooks when not using the playbook, just buy the books from Kobo instead of B&N and side load them from your computer to your Nook.

Come on B&N make all your loyal customers happy, and develop an app for the playbook, like yesterday!
