When trying to access my purchased book, I am asked to either sign in to an adobe account or to create one.
Through the login I just receive a wrong information message.
When I use the create an adobe account option I get
Sorry, we are unable to open this book.
An unknown error has occurred.
It sounds like the Adobe server had a hiccough, if you have not tried again, give it another go. If you have and you still cannot open the book, call 1.800.THE.BOOK.
