PanDigital e reader from QVC

My PanDigital e reader from QVC that came downloaded with the Barnes and Noble Nook applications have been awesome until recently when it stopped downloading the bookcovers!! Which is driving me a little nuts! Customer support said to redownload from my library via my PC and that didnt work.  Any ideas or similar problems??

I also have the Pandigital Novel, and I use the free software program called Calibre to transfer books to my library, to fix the cover thing.  Go to the I love pandigital page on facebook, lots of help there, I love mine.  If you still need help, I can walk you through it, took me a while to figure out the cover thing, now all my books have covers.
