what's so hard about creating a simple calendar app???

Seriously??? Almost a year now, and B&N still hasn't come up with a simple calendar app? Or even ANYONE ELSE!!! This isn't this first time I've asked for this...they have apps that do just about anything else (tell the time...uhhh, look in the lower right corner of your nook), but they still can't come up with a basic calendar so I can keep track of doctor's appointments. Sad. Maybe the developers should get those silly birds off their mind and listen to suggestions for USEFUL apps that would make everyone's life a little easier...without having to sync up with a computer, which I'm too poor to own anyway.

Yep agreed and gave up on fixes & apps from B&N

Many go with the N2A card or Roll their own like me. Just so we can get the apps we need for everyday productivty.

Don't wait on B&N as they always seem to dissappoint.

There is a great calendar app by 5ivedom devs.  Granted it does more, but it now syncs w/ Google calendar.  It's the alarm clock, wallpaper app.  You don't even have to use it as live wallpaper now as it can be used as a stand alone app as well.
